These articles describe my law suit against the CIA.

You might be wondering why it is taking so long for my new book to come out.

It has been finished for quite sometime, but there has been delay, upon delay from the government in gaining approval for the manuscript. Encountering constant delays and road blocks during the review process, my book has been in a holding pattern, waiting for publication for more than a year.

So, yes I am one of five former federal employees that filed a lawsuit against several agencies Today, that asserts that the government’s pre-review process for publication is an unconstitutional “system of censorship.”

It is increasingly clear that the Russian campaign against Ukraine and the Israeli campaign against Gaza are violating international law and the essential tenets of just war.  Neither Russia nor Israel is making the required distinctions between combatants and non-combatants, and the excessive use of force on both battlefields is a violation of the need for proportionality in warfare.  Russian and Israeli military forces are targeting civilian infrastructure and even civilians themselves.
