I have joined in a lawsuit with four former federal employees to end the government’s censorship of our writings on national security issues. The current publications review system of our military and intelligence agencies is dysfunctional, inhibiting our ability to participate in national security debates.

Encountering constant delays and road blocks during the review process, my book has been in a holding pattern, waiting for publication for more than a year.
So, yes I am one of five former federal employees that filed a lawsuit against several agencies Today, that asserts that the government’s pre-review process for publication is an unconstitutional “system of censorship.”
